Research shows: the DEI industry keeps on consistently failing all of us. It's actually more of a broken system than an effective systemic solution.
As harsh and true a statement and reality as that is though, it makes complete sense because when you think about it, the typical flagship DEI training costs money that's never supposed to be earned back, spends too much time and budget working on "politically correct language" without actually effecting culture or change, and is 100% irrelevant to sales and profit teams that actually define not only our ability to stay and be in business, but also our ability to create budget to sustain this type of work in the first place.

Hey, love! I'm Ches, founder and Queer-E-O of Chesline Inc. I have 10 years XP (and counting) as a multi-award-winning Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion global thought leader and expert. I've created my company because the way the DEI industry is consistently failing us gives DEI itself a bad name and completely misrepresents the critically untapped impact and high-income potential that comes from truly caring in business. At the root-cause of most systemic barriers, lies generational trauma and poverty. So I wanted to create a flagship program (i.e. "The Affluent Non-Graduate" Training) and an entire DEI empire that'd empower the most disenfranchised humans on Earth to use money as a means (not an end), to help them survive for the last time, and thrive for the first one ever. My program shows BIPOC dropouts from all over the world how to live a life of freedom that is poverty-ending and wealth-creating by using minimalism as a leading tool. It shows them how to pass it forward and turn their personal success story into a collective one and make sure that the next generations to come will stand proud on their shoulders as legacy-building giants.
