As BIPOC we run a 80-100% statistical probability of working for Karens, not finishing school, not having our studies back home recognized here, and being born into some critical form and level of multi-generational trauma, poverty, and debt.

For us, school comes with more debt than privilege, more trauma than support, and work gives us money, never wealth or freedom. And still, for all our scrambling, 'struggle money' is not just our base salary, it's also the maximum we earn.

​

So however overqualified we are, we systemically end up stuck in 'work hell'; completely overqualified for the dead-end jobs we have and formally undereducated for the ones we want. 

 

The struggle is real, yet resources are limited. And the few times we do get "help", we either end up swapping one flavor of bad for another, get only temporary relief, and/or are given more than what we've ever had, but still just not enough to 100% get what

we need.

However familiar or systemic the struggle, it still doesn't have to be our 'normal', and it also doesn't have to be YOU. I've created this program and this company because once I cracked the code on how to go from bad to great and from crappy low-income jobs to high-income ones with maximum freedom, I KNEW I had to share this with my People. The path ahead is simpler than you think, but the direct opposite of all you think you know. It will demand courage, boldness, hunger, and tenacity, but once you make it through, it will give you what you've never had before; high income, without a degree, thriving, without surviving, and paychecks without either Karens or burn-outs.
