changing language and not minds ... which made it easier to create a few more jobs instead of saving many more lives.
Beyond our corporate offices, there are real life-threatening issues that are at the core of why DEI was created in the first place. Yet, White privilege treats reality like the boogeyman and weaponizes fearmongering to scare us from calling a spade a spade (because truth is power and can't be unheard once shared).
That's why so many euphemisms are used to sugarcoat White Supremacy, Black and Indigenous genocides, Queer/Transphobia, and hate crimes. It's unsexy for corporate to be so real, but it's the only way to not just change culture but save actual lives. After all, the biggest threat to being alive for our QTBIPOC fam is all the "-isms" that make social impact a severe threat to White Supremacy. That's why it's so important to us that we think way beyond diverse hiring by making sure that breathing while QTBIPOC won't cost us not only our jobs, but our lives.

we make it our mission to save lives, because definitions never saved anyone, but deradicalization most certainly does.
In case you didn't know, in short, deradicalization is the successful process of undoing the conditioning/brainwashing that has shaped some of the most violent humans on Earth into becoming active White Supremacists, hate crime leaders, and extremists. By understanding the psychology of their violence and their organizations, we're able to save the lives of those who'd have otherwise become added statistics to the global numbers behind national and international hate crime victims and survivors every year.

releasing 1-3 books and mini-trainings on police brutality and focus on realistic cost-effective counter-strategies police forces can safely enforce to save the very civilian lives who are now dying at alarming rates at the hands of too many of their own colleagues
