The truth is...
I have spent the last 15 years fighting so that no one people, no one human in my direct vicinity, be institutionally born into systemic disprivilege, oppression, and erasure - like it's a thing, like it's a form of sacralized normalcy. I fought so that I didn't have to be 'the first' or 'the only one' anymore, in spaces of privileged visibility.
Notwithstanding, wherever I went, something was remiss; I had yet to see a world where activism and anti-oppression were wilfully deployed as accelerants not only to the end of multi-generational poverty and destitution, but as accelerants to a global social justice movement of first-generation millionaire activists.
